Justin Nalley is the Project Manager for the pRVH PCOR Collaborative. He started out his career as a paramedic—serving 12 years in various roles. His last was spent as a Critical Care Paramedic for WakeMed Health & Hospitals in North Carolina, where he taught new hires pharmacology and neurology in addition to providing patient care. Over the duration of his paramedic career he held Flight Paramedic-Certified, Critical Care Paramedic-Certified, Certified-Neonatal Pediatric Transport, North Carolina Paramedic, and National Registry Paramedic credentials. Justin received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University, after which he went on to serve as a Clinical Research Coordinator for WakeMed. He is now a project manager for the Department of Surgery at Duke University School of Medicine, where he manages clinical research projects in conjunction with the pRVH Collaborative.
