Dr. Kevin Meyers is an Attending Physician in the Division Nephrology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and Professor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He is Vice-Chair of the CHOP Institutional Review Board (IRB). Dr. Meyers directs the Hypertension (HTN) Program and the complex HTN Clinic, which aims to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease in children with secondary causes of HTN (Glomerular disease, CKD, ESKD, TXP, RVHTN). His research addresses ways to help improve outcomes in children with chronic glomerular disease, including nephrotic syndrome and hypertension. He has a particular interest in renovascular hypertension (RVHTN). He has a long-standing interest and commitment to medical education.
